REFUND POLICY
We only offer refunds if your order never shows up—and the carrier confirms it.
Here’s what qualifies:

You have your tracking number

The carrier shows the package was not delivered

Your shipping address was correct at checkout

No one else signed for or accepted the delivery

You contact us within 7 days of the last expected delivery date
If all that checks out, we’ll issue a full refund. No games.
What doesn’t qualify:

Wrong address entered at checkout

A roommate, neighbor, or front desk signed for it

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier
