REFUND POLICY

We only offer refunds if your order never shows up—and the carrier confirms it.

Here’s what qualifies:

  • You have your tracking number

  • The carrier shows the package was not delivered

  • Your shipping address was correct at checkout

  • No one else signed for or accepted the delivery

  • You contact us within 7 days of the last expected delivery date

If all that checks out, we’ll issue a full refund. No games.

What doesn’t qualify:​

  • Wrong address entered at checkout

  • A roommate, neighbor, or front desk signed for it

  • Orders marked as delivered by the carrier

How to Request a Refund

  • Your order number

  • Your tracking info

  • A brief note explaining the issue

We’ll review, confirm with the carrier, and if it’s legit, process your refund.
